The event will be conducted in English. You must declare your ability to communicate effectively in English.
You must confirm your availability to participate fully in the event (from September 02 to 13, 2025). To this end, trips will be organized so that students arrive the day before school starts and depart when it ends, according to flight and bus availability.

Motivation Letter

- How can this training activity contribute to your current research and outreach activities? How do you expect to apply the knowledge gained to your future professional development?
- What benefits do you believe this experience can provide you as an early-career researcher?
Institutional Statement
Attach a statement signed by a representative of your institution certifying your valid enrollment in the current graduate program indicated by you. If you have recently concluded your program/course, attach a copy of a conclusion declaration (or similar document).
Project Abstract
Attach an abstract of your current project (or recently concluded) that will be presented during the poster session. (PDF file, up to 1 pages, font Times New Roman 10)
Recommendation Letter
The recommendation letter must be written by your advisor on official letterhead if you are a student; by the principal investigator of the project you are involved in if you are an early-career researcher; or by former advisor(s). The recommendation letter must be sent from the sender’s institutional email directly to the School’s email (emergingpollutantschool@gmail.com) no later than the application deadline. The email subject must be: “Recommendation Letter for [Candidate’s Name].”
